What is the difference between an Arch Interim Housing corporate apartment and a hotel?
A Corporate Apartment is an economical alternative to a hotel often the price is 40-60% less than a typical hotel stay. Corporate Apartments typically offer twice the living space as a hotel room in a home like residential setting. Amenities often include fitness centers, resort style pools, business centers, billiard rooms, garages, full size bathrooms, full sized and fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and recreational activities.
What is included in a corporate apartment?
Arch Interim Housing organizes utilities, furniture, appliances and amenities with a great deal of consideration. Every package is flexible and can easily be customized. A typical corporate apartment includes furniture, housewares, all utilities (electric, water, gas), local telephone service, cable television, and high-speed internet. Washers and dryers are typically included in apartments (if connections are available). Housekeeping can also be included for an additional cost.

Is there tax on corporate apartments?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! There is no tax on stays of 30 days or longer.
Do you offer special request such as a certain area of the city, ground level, premium view, handicap accessible, maid service?
After taking all your requestS into consideration, Arch Interim Housing will match you to a property. We like to give our clients at least 3 options (apartment communities) to choose from. You can then tell us which one you like best.
What time do I check in?
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made and approved with your accommodations specialist.
What time do I check out?
Check out is at midnight on the last paid day of your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at most apartment communities. Weight and breed restrictions apply and a pet fee and /or deposit may be required.
Can you provide housecleaning services?
We can provide weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services for an additional fee.
How will you bill me?
All monthly charges are consolidated on one itemized statement. You may pay this bill by check, money order or with a credit card. Credit card payments including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover can be completed automatically if you so choose by filling out a simple credit card authorization form. Our state-of-the-art billing system can also customize billing for corporations by itemizing and billing each charge separately.
